Broccoli for Breast Health

Researchers at John Hopkins University in Baltimore, U.S., found a new anti-cancer providers. In their study, they found that young broccoli shoots have anticancer substance called sulforaphane glucosinolate (SGS). This is very useful to prevent breast and colon cancer in our major.

SGS substances contained young broccoli is 50 times stronger than that contained in the cooked broccoli. SGS consumption as contained in broccoli is quite important considering that cancer is growing slowly. If you were diagnosed, usually already in a fairly dangerous stage.
