Brain Cells, works to circulate blood clots?
Researchers discover how small blood vessels to remove blood clots from the brain in rats.
This discovery is expected to help researchers better understand how to treat patients with Alzheimer's and stroke.
Removing clots and other blockages in the brain is so important to allow blood to flow without interruption, where blockages can be caused lack of oxygen and disrupting lines of communication between nerve cells, causing cell death.
In this latest study, researchers at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, using scanning technology to inspect small blood vessels, known as microvessle in rat brain. They found that cells on the walls of clogged arteries to improve blood flow to the seal and remove blockages.
Blood vessels in the older rats did not seem easy to move the blockage in the brain.
"The reduction in efficiency of protective mechanisms in the brain that are older and this effect of the function of nerve cells in the brain may significantly contribute to cognitive decline associated with age level," said Suzanna Petanceska researchers, from the division of neuroscience, the National Insititute of Aging, which funded this research.
"It may also be part of the mechanism by which vascular risk factors like high blood pressure and diabetes increase the risk of Alzheimer's disease at a certain age," said Petancesca.
This discovery comes online on May 26 in the journal Nature. [Mor]
Choosing The Right Diet Pattern
PATIENTS hypertension can already control the blood pressure in recent years. This is based on the research already done. Unfortunately, not accompanied with the decreasing number of patients.
Dr Brent M Egan, a pharmacology at the Medical University of South Carolina, who wrote about people with hypertension in a statement of the Journal of the American Medical Association reported that research from a national survey from 1988 to 2008. In the United States, the government is targeting the number of patients with hypertension to control this disease by 50 percent. This target also seems to have been fulfilled.
"The good news is the attention of patients to control their blood pressure showed a significant increase from year to year," said Brent.
Brent continued, the awareness to control your blood pressure is increased from 69 percent to 81 percent. While the number of patients with hypertensive patients who underwent treatment with the right, also rose from 54 percent to 72 percent. Unfortunately, this is not followed by a reduced number of hypertensive patients. Numbers of people who suffer from hypertension in the U.S. is still quite high, even declining.
"The way that we doing to prevent this disease to the public like it's no good," said Brent.
An estimated 65 million Americans, approximately 29 percent of the population now suffer from high blood pressure. Hypertension is a condition of chronically increased blood pressure in the long term. Patients who have at least three blood pressure readings exceeding 140/90 mmHg during the resting state, estimated to have high blood condition. Thus, the control in question is to achieve a rate below 140/90 mmHg. To reduce the increasing number of hypertensive patients who appear, Brent advises the government to set a target figure carefully.
"The emphasis now is how to provide a high awareness about the dangers of hypertension and appropriate treatment of young people in particular," said Brent.
Whereas for adults or older, extension given to control high blood pressure. Brent has conducted research on hypertension, namely, examining the level of awareness of hypertension in the southeastern United States. In this area, hypertension is a disease that easily found in the population.
He also found that there was little difference will be the average of hypertension control in black hypertensive patients with other races. However, very few differences emerged. This difference indicates that hypertension can lead to the emergence of a stroke, occurred in whites but not found in the black population.
Furthermore, the impact of not decreasing the number of hypertensive patients in the U.S. cause the government to ban the use of salt on a variety of American food. As is known, high blood pressure triggered by excessive salt consumption. Reduce salt levels in food, according to Brent is one good idea. However, Brent more emphasis to focus on diet quality. Eating lots of vegetables and fruits can reduce salt consumption.

Causes of Hypothyroidism & Hipotirodisme
Hypothyroidism is a condition where the thyroid gland is underactive and produces too little thyroid hormone. Severe hypothyroidism is called miksedema.Penyebab are most commonly found is thyroiditis
Hashimoto. In Hashimoto's thyroiditis, the thyroid gland is often enlarged, and hypothyroidism occurred several months later by the destruction of the gland is still functioning. The second is the commonest cause of treatment of hyperthyroidism.
Either radioactive iodine or surgery tends to cause hypothyroidism. Long-term iodine deficiency in the food, causing enlargement underactive thyroid gland (hypothyroidism goitrosa). Long-term iodine deficiency is a common cause of hypothyroidism in underdeveloped countries.
Here are some causes of Hipotirodisme:
1. Autoimmune diseases. In this condition, the body attacks the thyroid gland due to him as foreign cells eventually die selsel in the thyroid gland and can not produce thyroid hormone. The cause is unknown, but descended in the family and often associated with other autoimmune diseases such as type 1 diabetes, lupus or Sjögren's syndrome.
2. Thyroid tissue loss. Usually occurs secondary to irradiation (radiation) or thyroid gland surgery is performed as a treatment for hyperthyroidism.
3. Kogenital abnormalities, namely infant who was born without a thyroid gland or thyroid gland does not function normally. Consumption of medicines, for example, lithium is often used for the treatment of mood disorders.
While hyperthyroidism is a condition where the thyroid gland to work excessively, resulting in a large number of thyroid hormone.
Hyperthyroidism can be found in the form of Graves' disease, toxic goiter or hyperthyroidism noduler secondary.
The cause of hyperthyroidism:
1. Grave illness, which is an autoimmune disease. The body attacks the thyroid gland cells but instead turn off the cell, what happens is that it appears antibodies stimulate the thyroid gland to produce excessive hormones. One of its characteristics is the protruding eyeball.

Typhoid germ enters the body through food or water we consume. A typhoid patient can contaminate the surrounding water through the sewage-filled with typhoid germs. This contaminated water when used to process food, the food will also be polluted, especially foods that are not cooked properly.
Not all patients with typhoid symptoms are visible, although many of them are infected but do not feel anything. Now, these were dangerous because they can infect others temporarily because it does not feel pain, they refuse to go to the doctor with medication. People like this man is known by the name of carier.
Typhoid germs breed and multiply inside the gall bladder and liver are then entered into the intestine. Amazingly, these germs can survive weeks and weeks in water or puddle that has been dried.
How typhoid germs can cause the disease?
After eating contaminated food, typhoid germs further into the small intestine and the blood vessels. In the blood vessels, typhoid germs carried by white blood cells into the liver, spleen and bone marrow. Next Germs multiply in this organ organ then returned to the blood vessels. When these patients will experience symptoms of typhoid fever. Next germs will enter the gall bladder and intestinal lymph tissue. Here germs will breed more and more. Then the germs will also penetrate the intestinal wall and mixed with dirt. Well, apart from blood tests, typhoid fever can also be confirmed by stool examinations.
What are the symptoms of typhoid fever?

Meaning behind the color of urine while urinating
World health - Well, for those of you who have not know about the meaning behind the color of your urine during urination, why sometimes a clear, yellowish even chocolate? Well, here I would love to know the meaning behind the color of our urine!
Urine can indeed change, changes in urine is influenced by several factors, the most important factor is the water content in our body.
Clear urine color is normal color of urine, if the color changed to light yellow to dark yellow or even that means that our bodies have started less liquid, less likely intake or activity that much, because our body fluid is excreted through the urine at most, and sweat.
To prevent the urine is not yellow is to drink at least eight glasses of water a day, adjusted for the size of our daily activities.
If indeed we are extra activities, then we also need extra fluids, so we should drink more water than usual. Changes in urine color that can be used as parameters that our bodies need water intake. Thus an explanation from me, hopefully can help.
Conclusions
Urine color is clear that there is a colorless, slightly yellowing, yellow, yellow, dark yellow.
clear once = you have to drink water more than enough
slightly yellowed = you already drink enough water
yellow one = you do not drink water (dehydration)

Beginning in 2001, remarkable incident (KLB) Chikungunya fever occurred in Muara Enim, South Sumatra and Aceh. Bogor followed in October. A year later, another outbreak of Chikungunya fever in Bekasi (West Java), Purworejo and Klaten (Central Java).
Number of cases of chikungunya disease that happened during the years 2001-2003 reached 3918 cases without mortality. The main symptoms of Chikungunya disease is the body suddenly felt a fever followed by rheumatic pain in joints. In fact, because one of the typical symptom is the emergence of a sense of aches, pain, pain also arises in the bones, there are named as a fever or flu-bone bone.
The following questions and answers about the disease whose symptoms similar to dengue fever this. Chikungunya disease is spread by the Aedes aegypti mosquito. Does this disease is also caused by dengue virus? So, what's the difference with dengue and how to distinguish?
Chikungunya disease caused by a virus called the Chikungunya virus. Chikungunya virus was signed in the family Togaviridae, genus alphavirus. Symptoms are similar to dengue virus infection with a bit of difference on certain things. The virus is transferred from one patient to another patient through the mosquito, Aedes aegypti, among others.
Viruses transmitted by Aedes aegypti mosquitoes will breed in the human body. Virus attack all ages, both children and adults in endemic areas. Patients will experience a sudden high fever for five days, so it is known the term fever of five days.
In young children begins with sudden fever, skin redness. Red rashes that appear after 3-5 days. Usually accompanied by red-eye signs such as the flu. Child's febrile seizure is common.
In older children, fever is usually followed by pain in muscles and joints, and enlarged lymph nodes occurred. In adults, symptoms of joint and muscle pain is very dominant and to cause temporary paralysis because of pain when walking. Sometimes nausea vomiting arise.
Fever in children is generally only lasts for three days with no or very little bleeding and shock are found.
The difference with dengue fever, Chikungunya none on bleeding, shock (shock) or death. With adequate rest, drug fever, compress, and the anticipation of febrile seizures, these diseases usually heal themselves within seven days.
What does "Chikungunya disease"?
Chikungunya Disease comes from the Swahili language based on patient symptoms, which means (body position) bend or curve (that Which contorts or bends up), referring to the bent posture of patients due to severe joint pain (arthralgia).

Reduce Risk of Prostate Cancer
World health - Prostate Cancer - Exercising regularly can help reduce prostate cancer risk. This conclusion is based on an analysis of 190 men with prostate biopsy, and has been published in the Journal of Uraology, published in September.
In another study, researchers at Duke University Medical Center found that those who are quite active with any activity, from walking with step was for several hours in a week, significantly reducing the possibility of prostate cancer.
The majority of those who studied it, 58% are people who sit continuously, which means they exercise less than the same period by one hour per week, even though only relaxed way.
The study also found that exercise was associated with less aggressive disease in men who had prostate cancer. "As the number of sports increased, decreased cancer risk," said lead author Dr. Jodi Antonelli, a researcher at the research center's urology.
The results of this study contribute to the ongoing debate about how exercise affects the risk of prostate cancer. "There have been dozens of studies on the value of exercise in reducing risk of prostate cancer, and part of the study was extensive. But the point is all that gives us a variety of signs," the researchers said in a press siara that accompanies the study.
Prostate cancer is cancer that develops in a gland in the male reproductive system. It occurs when prostate cells mutate and begin to grow out of control. The cells can spread by metastasis from the prostate to other parts of the body, especially bones and lymph nodes. Prostate cancer may cause pain, difficulty urinating, erectile dysfunction and other symptoms. Prostate cancer is rarely found in men aged less than 40 years.

Brain Tumors Threatening Hand Phone Users
World Health - Brain Tumors - Although it was not concluded with certainty, scientists from the U.S. via media reports from the most recent research, predicts that within a decade or longer increased the amount of the risk of brain tumors due to the use of mobile phones.
In previous research, some scientists did find a weak relationship between cell phones and brain tumors, but there was no clear indication about what the risks faced by mobile users.
"We can not make definite conclusions," said Dr. Deepa Subramaniam, director of Brain Tumor Center at Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center, in Washington DC.
"But this study, in addition to many previous studies, which continue to leave doubt hanging about potential increased risk. So, once again, after many years, we do not have answers to the street-corners," he said.
However, Joel Moskowitz, senior author of the study, said that 'there is clearly a risk'. He is a Director at the Center for Family and Community Health at the University of California, Berkeley.
To avoid a brain tumor. "I would not let the kids use the phone, or I at least would require them to use a separate headset device," said Moskowitz.

Advantages of fruits and vegetables are free of preservatives and fragrance substances so safe for sensitive skin of any kind. Water content in fruit and vegetable fat to moisturize skin and prevent the vaporization of water through the pores. So will result in skin looks clean, soft, supple and radiant. This was said with a natural beauty skin.
But not all fruits and vegetables can restore your skin. On cucumbers, oranges, apples, pumpkins, soybeans, celery and bananas are excellent for cleaning your skin especially the face area. An easy way is with a squashed and wearing as "cream" to smooth the face.
If you want to whiten the face, use a pumpkin, cucumber and soybean. Vitamins B and C in pumpkins turned out to whiten the skin and reduce redness of the skin patches due to sunburn. Cucumbers are rich in vitamins, fats and minerals can also whiten your skin but you should not mix fruit or vegetables that contain vitamin C because it would neutralize the vitamin in cucumber. While vitamins, calcium, fat and protein in soybeans function provides nutrition, moisturizing and overcome the irritation of the skin.

Mesothelioma Chemotherapy: Cisplatin and Carboplatin
Mesothelioma Chemotherapy - A mesothelioma articles recently published in scientific journals Lung Cancer that investigates the benefits and costs with a combination of cisplatin and carboplatin and Pemetrexed Pemetrexed for mesothelioma chemotherapy.
Pemetrexed and cisplatin combination chemotherapy is one of several choices of chemotherapy that has proven quite successful in the treatment of patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma or malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM), but this combination can be very toxic to the body. There is no treatment and care for malignant mesothelioma cancer without any unwanted side effects.
In these journals the researchers noted that "there are two phases of the study in phase III randomized to the prognosis of mesothelioma showed benefit with the use of antifolates such as raltitrexed or Pemetrexed, when combined with cisplatin. The study has demonstrated an absolute improvement in overall survival of 2.6 and an average of 2.8 months, compared with single treatment for cisplatin. This makes a lot of institutions using cisplatin and Pemetrexed as a standard Mesothelioma Chemotherapy treatment palliative for malignant pleural mesothelioma."
Unfortunately, the combination of cisplatin and Pemetrexed produce unwanted toxic effects and it encourages researchers to study other chemotherapeutic drugs to be combined with Pemetrexed. The researchers said, "Recently, two phase II trials have evaluated the efficacy of carboplatin and will Pemetrexed in MPM. Both studies showed overall response rate of 18.6 and 25%, with a survival rate average of 12.7 and 14 months. As a continuation of these results, we conducted a retrospective analysis in patients with MPM who were treated with carboplatin and Pemetrexed in our institution."
In an effort to find a combination of mesothelioma chemotherapy with minimal toxicity and side effects, the researchers investigated further by replacing cisplatin with carboplatin when paired with Pemetrexed. Using a retrospective approach, researchers evaluated 49 cases of malignant pleural mesothelioma with a combination of carboplatin and Pemetrexed and compare the results with the data given cisplatin combination chemotherapy with Pemetrexed.

Mesothelioma Treatments by Photodynamic Therapy
Mesothelioma Treatments - Several experimental therapies are currently being conducted for mesothelioma treatments, one of the most promising is the technique called Photodynamic Therapy (PDT).
The difference between pleural mesothelioma and peritoneal mesothelioma
Mesothelioma or asbestos cancer commonly called, is a very aggressive cancer and deadly, this disease affects the lining the chest (pleural mesothelioma) and abdomen (peritoneal mesothelioma), generally less responsive to traditional treatments such as chemotherapy and radiation. A number of other treatments, such as gene therapy, immunoterapi and alternative approaches can provide hope for cancer sufferers mesotelioma.
Photodynamic therapy or fotodinamis therapy is one type of mesothelioma treatments that very promising in future. This method combines three separate elements are nontoxic, photosensitizing compound, oxygen and visible light. Fotodinamis therapy targeting the cancerous mesothelioma cells. Usually given during or after surgery to remove remaining parts of the tumor.
Chemotherapy cisplatin and carboplatin for mesothelioma cancer treatment
Unlike the case with chemotherapy and radiation, which tends to have a burning effect on the patient's body, Photodynamic Therapy provides a clear advantage that it does not kill healthy cells-non-cancerous cells. This means that the side effects of mesothelioma treatments can be reduced and certainly mesotelioma mesothelioma prognosis will be better.
In America, Photodynamic Therapy has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration, an agency of POM-like in Indonesia for several types of cancer, although its use to mesothelioma treatments is still in experimental stages.
There are about 3000 new cases of mesothelioma cancer are diagnosed each year in the United States, and around the world, and already there are 20 000 people die from this disease every year. Almost all diagnosis of mesothelioma was associated with contact with asbestos, mineral materials that have entered into various commercial products that can be made fire resistant (fireproof). Although the use of asbestos peaked in the 1970s, mesothelioma has a very long latent period to be diagnosed, and therefore can not be diagnosed in just one year, or even decades after contact. Here is where the difficulty of mesothelioma treatments.

8 Ways Educating Your Brain
The human brain is basically a biological computer. He needs food, Oxygen, and he also needs exercise. You can do several things to boost brain power with the train, modify, or even manipulate it. You probably will not be like Einstein, but it is also no excuse for not making it better. The things below will make your brain work better.
8 Ways Educating Your Brain
1. Take a dose of EPA to taste
EPA is the chemical in fish oil which is food for the brain, each person must be informed, so why not give fish oil capsules every day to improve his strength. Research shows that fish oil may facilitate increased activity in the brain, improving blood circulation, improving memory and concentration.
2. Work on a puzzling
Crosswords, Sudoku or the other can make your brain stay in the best condition. Just like muscles, if you do not train regularly, It will lose it ability to work optimally.
3. Go walk
Nothing can beat the fresh air can refresh the mind, which can reduce the mental conversations that interfere with constructive logic and thinking. A journey on the outskirts of town, near rivers or simply in the garden will help you get rid of gray clouds and help keep your mind clear.
4. Learn a new language
Learn a new language can be syndrome of dementia (deterioration of the brain) to four years according to an article published in New Scientist. The exact reason for this is unknown, but believed that he had a close relationship with the increased blood circulation and a good nerve connections.
5. Laugh
Laughter not only is the best medicine, it also can improve brain function and stimulates both sides of the brain at the same time. Make sure you laugh each day.
6. Being creative
Paint or learn a new instrument, join the art class even if you believe that you are lousy at it. Being creative allows you to find new solutions to old problems and raising awareness at the same time.

How is Human Brain Works
World Health - The brain is the main controller of the human body, the brain is encased in the skull and protected by liquid serebospinal. This fluid that serves to protect the brain from a variety of disorders either vibration or bump on the head.
With a brain that given by the Almighty we could think, socializing, communicating and remembering everything that has happened you passed.
The human brain is larger than the brains of animals, weighing approximately 1.4 kg and consists of 100 billion nerve cells.
The brain consists of several main sections such as the cerebrum, cerebellum and brain stem. Cerebrum is largest part of the brain. Weighing approximately 85% of brain weight, cerebrum is divided into two hemispheres. Brain stem connects the brain with bone marrow rear.
The way of human brain works.
Brains work together with other organs of our bodies, so our bodies can work according to orders. Brain and Spinal cord form the central nervous system, these two systems are working together to coordinate all activities of the body.
When you think hard cerebrum (hemisphere) function to recall, analyze, so that creative ideas emerge (right hemisphere). To speak in the use of logic and left hemispheres.
Brain stem functions to the basic needs of such organs regulate heart rate, breathing, digestive system, blood circulation and feel when we wake up or fall asleep.
Anatomy of the Human Brain
The brain stem is located at the bottom of the brain serves to control the system of the body such as breathing, heart rate, blood pressure and sleep.
The cerebellum is the second largest part of which serves to coordinate muscle movement and balance control.

Train Right Brain Function with Blogging
World Health - It is no secret that talk about childhood learning experiences, particularly in Primary Schools, for their elementary school in 80 years - maybe even the 90s until the year 2009, when asked what the most common picture painted during the lesson to draw then the answer is relatively the same drawing landscapes with a background of two mountains, complete with pictures of the sun that shines upon it and section field or fields at the bottom of the mountain.
There is a feeling to draw on the same theme with the description above ..?
It turns out when I meet with colleagues who live in Batam, Surabaya and Jakarta, in light conversation, they admitted experiencing the same thing that is drawing with the theme of landscape. And this is not a coincidence, but I see it as a pattern of education and teaching that emphasize the use of left brain functions that tend to process the empirical data in their behavior tends to memorize and imitate. Source demise of creativity if not balanced by the use of right brain functions.
And I only realized after all this time that the pattern of teaching and education has been less optimize right brain function so that when we have great capabilities supported by the right brain functions do not maximal because rarely practiced.
In connection with the story above, the widespread phenomenon of blogging activity making a positive impact in the crowded social in cyberspace. Each share experiences about anything, carries information which is beyond the entrance into a community and become the subject of discussion. Here the activities of right-brain functions becomes very optimal, especially when you pour an idea in writing for discussion

Left Brain and Right Brain
World health - Differences in brain function theory right and the left brain has been popular since 1960. A researcher named Roger Sperry discovered that the human brain consists of two hemispheres (part), the right brain and left brain having different functions. For their services, he received the Nobel prize in 1981. In addition, he also found that when the right brain left brain is working so tend to be more calm, and vice versa.
The right brain functioning in terms of equality, fantasy, creativity, shape or space, emotion, music and color. The right brain's memory is long (long term memory). When right-brain damage in diseases such as stroke or brain tumor, then the disturbed brain function is the ability of such visual and emotional.
Left brain functioning in terms of differences, numbers, sequence, writing, language, calculation and logic. Left brain's memory is short term (short term memory). When brain damage occurs on the left there will be disruption in terms of functionality to speak, language and mathematics.
Although both have different functions, but each individual has a tendency to use one of the dominant hemisphere in solving the problems of life and work. Each hemisphere to dominate each other in the event but both involved in almost all processes of thought.[hil4ry.wordpress.com]

Mesothelioma Disease Prevention that you must know
Mesothelioma Disease Prevention - Given how much asbestos is almost always involved in the contraction of mesothelioma, avoid areas that have a number of asbestos particles (dust) is very important. However, for some of us are not an option because it can become part of our daily work. Because of the popularity of asbestos as a fireproof insulator, it is used in various fields of ship building construction materials for fire retardant materials.
It also saw use in roofs and floors. Thus, the workplace must be regulated properly by the authorities as to the amount of exposure that is considered safe for humans.
Quitting smoking is the main priority for smokers as smokers represent a high risk group. In addition, our other option is to look at the famous food with anti-cancer properties since pleural mesothelioma, peritoneal mesothelioma is pericardial mesothelioma and all forms of cancer. There are plenty of fruits, spices and oils that fight cancer and their cells in a variety of ways.
Fruits: Apples, grapes, strawberries, raspberries, lemons, limes, oranges, all citrus fruits. They are antioxidants in nature as well as anti-carcinogenic and anti-inflammatory.
Vegetables: Carrots, tomatoes, cauliflower, Sweet Potatoes, turnips, Peppers, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts. These foods are antioxidants, preventing the activation of cancer cells and suppress tumor growth.
Other: Soy, Green Tea, Flaxseed, Whole Grain, Garlic, Calcium, Selenium, Vitamin A, C and E.

Brain Cancer Disease - Very Dangerous Disease
World Health - Brain cancer is a general term used to describe various types of Tumors that start in the brain and spinal cord (central nervous system, or CNS). Tumors in the various regions of CNS May be treated in different ways. Brain Tumors were mostly from cancer that started somewhere else in the body and metastasized, or spread, into the brain. Primary Tumors Brain Tumors were initiated on the brain, and can be started in one of the various types of cells or cells within the brain or spinal cord.
Diagnosis of tumor that begins when the general symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, headache, changes in behavior or emotions, impaired the court, and or developing sensory changes. If symptoms suggesting CNS tumor is present, the doctor will take a complete medical history and perform a physical examination to evaluate the brain and spinal cord function (neurologic examination).
To see where in a brain tumor may be located, doctors most often use magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT) scans. Although this test can help you find health professionals, ordinary people, who must have a diagnosis made only partially remove the tumor tissue for examination, called a biopsy.
Central Nervous System (CNS) tumors may be treated by surgical removal, radiation therapy, or chemotherapy, even though the combination is a common treatment. Cortisone like drugs given to reduce the swelling that often occurs in about Brain Tumors, which can help alleviate headaches and other symptoms.[kesehatan.07x.net]

Mesothelioma Disease Treatment
World Health - Although there is no cure for mesothelioma, there are a number of treatments that one can undergo to improve their quality of life and also extend their time here in world.
Treating mesothelioma is highly dependent on the type of mesothelioma which is sustained by the patient. While the treatment of peritoneal mesothelioma and pleural mesothlioma is possible, treat pericardial mesothelioma is extremely difficult and dangerous. Thus, patients suffering from pericardial mesothelioma is left with few options that do not include the standard treatment. It is vital that the cancer was arrested early for treatment to be effective. Development of Mesothelioma is usually broken up into stages to determine the necessary treatment.
Mesothelioma treatment in four stages:
Stage 1 - Surgery is usually performed to remove as much tumor as possible from the affected area. Follow up treatments including chemotherapy and radiation are usually made. Sending mesothelioma to forgiveness is still possible at this point.
Stage 2 - On stage 2 and 3, it is possible to send cancer into remission is virtualy zero. Thus, all treatments for this stage to concentrate on improving the quality of life for patients. Patient comfort from here on is very important. Only surgery should it deemed necessary to alleviate pain or discomfort.
Stage 4 - When mesothelioma has evolved to a stage four, the situation looks very bleak. At this stage the cancer usually has spread outside the affected areas to other parts of the body, making treatment very difficult. Patients who have a four stage high mesothelioma usually experience pain. At times like this, that physician can do is try and manage the pain to make a somewhat decent life for patients. Surgery, chemotherapy and radiation treatments are usually not part of this phase.

Mesothelioma Cancer Information
Mesothelioma is a type of cancer that is almost always directly caused by exposure to asbestos. Thus, jobs that require constant exposure to asbestos (asbestos miners, asbestos products, Shipyard workers, see Asbestos Mesothelioma Lawsuit) accompanied with great risk.
In a study carried out, it was found that up to 80% of all mesothelioma cancer patients have experienced prolonged exposure to asbestos at some point in their past. Mesothelioma is also a very rare form of cancer with only about 4,000 cases each year. There are three main types of mesothelioma cancer vary depending on the area of the body that have been affected. Three main types of peritoneal Mesothelioma Cancer, Mesothelioma and pleural pericardial Mesothelioma.
This cancer is called the mesothelium, a protective membrane that covers some of the cavity. The holes that we are interested in is the pleura, pericardium and peritoneum cavity.
symptoms of Mesothelioma are many and varied depending on the type of the affected area. Symptoms usually develop in future years (20-50 years). Peritoneal Mesothelioma - Weight loss, abdominal pain, abdominal swelling, nausea, lump in the abdomen, irregular bowel movements. Pleural Mesothelioma - Shortness of breath, cough (dry), a lump in the chest, chest pain, respiratory illness and cough. Pericardial Mesothelioma - chest pain, fever, palpitations, shortness of breath, murmurs, Orthopnea.
In rare cases, if cancer is caught early, cancer can be delivered into remission. If not, mesothelioma patients have survival rates remarkably. Patients who are diagnosed with advanced stages of mesothelioma are generally expected to have a life expectancy of about a year at most.

What is Mesothelioma disease
WORLD HEALTH - Mesothelioma is a rare cancer in which malignant cells are found in the sac lining the chest (on the membrane lung/pleura) or stomach (membrane/peritoneum).
Mesothelioma is a rare form of cancer that affects the lining that covers and protects the body from various organs (mesothelium). Mesothelium consists of two layers of specialized cells known as mesothelial cells. One layer immediately surrounds the organ, another form of a protective sac around the organs. The most common form of mesothelioma Affects the membranes or sac That lines the lungs (pleura).
The most common form of mesothelioma affects the lining or pockets in the channel of lung (pleura). Other common sites include the membrane lining the stomach (peritoneum) and the membrane lining the heart (pericardium).
Other common sites include the membrane that limits the stomach (membranes) and membranes lining the heart (pericardium). Most people with malignant mesothelioma have worked on jobs where they breathed/inhaled asbestos, a fiber used in insulation materials.
The term "cancer" refers to a group of diseases that abnormal cell growth-uncontrolled cell (eg, mesothelial cell) that could attack the surrounding tissue and spread (metastasize) deep into the cells or organs via the blood, the system is weak, or other facilities. Various forms of cancer, including mesothelioma, can be classified based on the type of cells involved, the special nature of the crime, the cells or organs affected, and clinical course of disease. Symptoms of mesothelioma vary depending on location, type and stage of cancer. Approximately 70-80 percent of the cases exposed to asbestos-caused mesothelioma.
Symptoms of mesothelioma may not appear until 50 years after the initial hag/inhaling asbestos. However, after symptoms began apparent, May mesothelioma rapidly progress to cause life-threatening complications. However, after the mesothelioma symptoms began to appear, mesothelioma can quickly lead to life threatening complications.

Prevention of Hepatitis A Disease
Hepatitis A Disease Prevention can be done properly if we know the ways of transmission of hepatitis diseases. Hepatitis A is spread through contaminated food and beverages feces hepatitis A. Habit snack foods and beverages in any place increases the risk of contracting hepatitis A. Raw and cooked foods including potential contamination of this virus.
Several methods of prevention to against hepatitis A:
1. Immunization
Immunization is very effective in preventing infection of a disease. After immunization of the body will produce antibodies which are antibodies against the disease. Hepatitis A immunization given to children aged between 2 to 18 years one times. Adults need immunizations repeated (booster) after six to 12 months of first immunization. Immunity gained from this immunization can persist for 15 to 20 years. But someone who has been immunized against hepatitis A can be affected if he became infected with VBA between time 2 to 4 weeks after immunization, because at that time the body can not produce antibodies in sufficient quantities.
Those who should get this immunization is:
a. Restaurant worker, or the usual handling food
b. Teenagers who live in the dorm students who have close contact with his friends.
c. Workers and children in daycare.
d. People suffering from chronic liver disease
e. Laboratory Workers
2. Temporary immunity
Those who often travel to other areas should receive temporary immunity to prevent infection, especially if the goal VHA is an endemic area of hepatitis A or poor sanitation areas. Temporary immunity may be obtained by giving immunoglobulin (Ig). Ig for the prevention of hepatitis A virus contains a highly effective hepatitis A after two weeks of delivery. For those who have lived in endemic regions, Ig anti VHA should be repeated every three to five months.
3. Maintaining Health
Washing hands with soap after each bowel and small are encouraged to inhibit transmission of VHA. The same thing needs to be done also in the moments before eating, processing and preparing food. Supervise and provide understanding to the children so as not to insert objects into her mouth.

Symptoms of hepatitis disease - World Health
WORLD HEALTH - Be careful, the dangers of hepatitis disease sometimes latent. Liver damage without causing symptoms [symptoms of hepatitis] that can be realized by the patient. New clinical symptoms when the heart has been recognized in severe conditions.
In the early phase, patients with hepatitis have not felt the symptoms of disease specific. Common complaint is felt by patients with nausea, vomiting, no appetite, malaise, fatigue, decreased stamina and the need for sleep increases. Poor appetite and heartburn are often seen in acute hepatitis or chronic hepatitis who had developed into cirrhosis (cirrhosis). The symptoms are also usually accompanied by fever.
Physical symptoms are easily visible is a dark-colored urine, feces are white, while the nails, skin and the whites of the eyes are yellow. Upper abdominal bloating weight loss are also common in patients with hepatitis.

Hepatitis disease is the world's problems
WORLD HEALTH - Hepatitis disease has become the world's problems today. It is estimated that as many as 400 million people worldwide suffering from chronic hepatitis B disease. Approximately one million people die every year because of hepatitis caused by hepatitis B virus (HBV) is. Patients with hepatitis C are also carrying a very large, which is around 170 million people over the world.
Hepatitis disease is also a big problem in Indonesia because the Indonesian population, which is also great. This large population also brings huge consequences. Population by social class, economic and low education are faced with health problems related to nutrition, communicable diseases and poor sanitation hygiene.
While the population by social class, economic and higher education have health problems related to lifestyle and eating habits. Not surprisingly, the current Disease Hepatitis become one of the diseases that get serious attention in Indonesia.
Hepatitis disease in Indonesia
Hepatitis cases in Indonesia has been quite a lot and became the government's special attention. Approximately 11 million population of Indonesia is estimated to suffer from hepatitis B. There is an assumption that one of the 20 people in Jakarta have hepatitis B. Similarly, hepatitis C, which is one of the 10 major causes of death in the World.
Figures for cases of hepatitis C ranges from 0.5% to 4% of the population. If the population of Indonesia is 220 million, then the assumption that the number of hepatitis C sufferers to be 1.1 to 8.8 million patients. This amount can be increased every year those who are infected usually do not experience specific symptoms that go unnoticed by the public and was not diagnosed by a physician. Carrier/transmission of hepatitis B and C virus as a potential source of spread of hepatitis B and C. [penyakithepatitis.com]

Know Your Heart Organ
Liver has a very important function in sustaining life.
Liver is the largest organ in the body. Weighing an average of 1.5 kg or about 2.5% of normal-weight adults. Liver is located on the upper right abdomen. Liver has many complex and diverse functions. Heart of a very important role in almost every function of the body's metabolism that makes the liver as an organ that is essential in sustaining life.
The main function of the liver among other things:
A. Function metabolism
Metabolism is the process of changing the structure of a substance into another substance which has similar properties, resembling, or different from the substance of it before. Changes in the structure of these substances can be either the formation or decomposition. Hearts have a big share in the metabolism of many substances the body needs such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals.
1. Carbohydrate metabolism
Liver (liver) regulates the metabolism of carbohydrates through the formation, storage, and a solution of glycogen. Glycogen is a form of carbohydrate that is ready for use by the body.
2. Fat metabolism
Liver (liver) play a role in the synthesis, storage and release of fat to be distributed throughout the body. Liver (liver) also produces bile which allows foods containing fat and fat-soluble vitamins (vitamins A, D, E and K) can be absorbed by the intestine.
3. Protein metabolism
Heart is where the process of protein synthesis and destruction.
4. Vitamin metabolism
All fat-soluble vitamins are stored in the liver. Vitamins A, D and K present in large numbers, while vitamin E only in small quantities.
5. Mineral metabolism
Most of the iron stored in the liver before needed by the body, as well as copper.
B. Function synthesis
Synthesis is the formation of a compound derived from simple substances or molecules into complex compounds. An example of this synthesis function is:
1. Liver (liver) plays a role in protein synthesis or lipoprotein plasma. Examples of these proteins include albumin, globulin, and various enzymes.
2. Synthesis of bile.
C. The function neutralizing chemicals

Hepatitis disease - What is hepatitis?
World Health - Do not take for granted, hepatitis disease. Hepatitis B and C can progress to cirrhosis (hardening of the liver), liver cancer and other complications that can lead to death!
In our society, Hepatitis Disease, commonly known as jaundice. Actually Hepatitis is an inflammation of the liver (liver) caused by various factors. Causes of hepatitis or jaundice, these include viral infections, metabolic disorders, alcohol consumption, autoimmune disease, the result of complications from other diseases, side effects from the consumption of drugs or the presence of parasites in the liver (liver).
Then why do we call this community jaundice? Here's his explanation. One of the symptoms of hepatitis (hepatitis symptoms) is the emergence of the yellow color of the skin, nails and the whites of the eyeball.
Inflammation of the liver cells can cause damage to cells, tissues, and even all parts of the liver (liver). If all parts of the liver (liver) have experienced damage will occur liver failure (liver) which caused death.
Although currently have no technology of transplantation/liver transplantation (liver) to replace the liver (liver), which was not working, but besides the cost is very expensive, the success of liver transplantation is still a very small percentage.

Protein Causes Cancer
World Health - Cancer is a disease that until now a scourge because there is no system of therapy that really reliable. So far, the most widely used chemotherapy. The discovery of cancer-causing protein may help in treating cancer.
Cancer is a disease characterized by the development and spread of cells that are not controlled. Uncontrolled spreading (metastatic) is the hardest thing in identifying and finding ways to treat this disease. Abnormal cells can be found in various organs such as breast and lung cancer by producing unique properties for each organ.
The cells that make up organs, live and thrive in a system of organized neatly. Each of these cells coexist with each other with mutual cooperation. However, each cell also has a limited time. There are two things which can cause cell death, namely accidents and programmed. At the time our bodies hurt, hundreds or even thousands of cells die. The cell could die because of programmed (apoptotic), namely in the framework of growth (eg development of the embryo in the womb) or to defend itself from attacks by viruses (immune system).
At the time of cell death, it means that the cells separate themselves from society (anoikis). Cancer cells have a distinctive character that is when it separates herself from her community, it could still live, wandering, and even attack other living tissues (tissue). Many scientists put a big attention to this problem, why cancer cells can survive from apoptosis? Chemicals or compounds support the proliferation of cancer cells?
Some scientists from the Netherlands successfully identified the type of protein can cause cancer. The result of these findings they publish in leading scientific magazine Nature

Tips Maintaining Eye Health
Eye Health - Parents are always told to eat carrots so that the eyes healthy, there is also a lot of carrots to eat every day in order to avoid a minus eye. Some believe that eating or drinking carrot juice can normalize minus eye. Is it true that all belief? Then how do we maintain eye health? The following simple tips.
Overall eye function is as the senses of sight that receive light stimuli on the retina, through optic nerve fibers, delivers stimulation to the center of vision in the brain for interpretation.
It's no secret indeed of vitamin A is an important factor for the state of our eyes. As our parents always encouraged to consume a lot of carrots which is famous for its vitamin A content. Because vitamin A deficiency can cause a range of eye disorders, one night blindness. "Vitamin A provides energy and ensure better cell regeneration," explains dr. Ria Sylvia Sp.M, ophthalmologists from 'Undaan eye hospital' when found eHealth team on the sidelines of her busy.
However, dr. Ria - or close called dr. Ria Sylivia - explain that vitamin A is not the answer for patients with nearsightedness (minus) or farsighted (plus) to be cured, like a lot of myths that are spread in the community. Vitamin A deficiency causes abnormalities nor the ability to view, ie nearsightedness and farsightedness. "Once it was no big event that many people have a myopic lack of vitamin A, and when they consume food containing vitamin A in their eyes gradually recover," said the doctor was a graduate of the University of Airlangga. "Thus the stigma, if the vision started to clear, then direct people identical in carrots," she added with a smile.
For farsightedness abnormality or any distance, the eye due to anatomical abnormalities, or genetic. SHe then explained that the current games for the kids in circulation is a game that has many small details that demand more eye accommodation, such as for example a computer that has a lot of detail paper, white board markers sometimes have made too thin.

Mechanism of action of antioxidants
Health medicine - Continue from antioxidants-and-role-of-health.
Mechanism of anti-oxidants work has two functions. The first function is the main function of the anti-oxidant that is as the giver of the hydrogen atom. Antioxidants (AH), which has the main function is often referred to as primary antioxidants. This compound can provide a fast hydrogen atoms to the lipid radical (R *, Roo *) or change it to a more stable form, while the radical derived antioxidants (D *) has a more stable situation than radical lipids.
The second function is a secondary function of anti-oxidants, which slows the rate of auto-oxidation with a variety of mechanisms beyond the auto-oxidation mechanism of chain termination by radical conversion of lipids to form more stable (Gordon, 1990).
Addition of anti-oxidant (AH) primers with low concentrations of lipids can inhibit or prevent auto-oxidation reaction of fats and oils. Addition of these may hinder the oxidation reaction at the initiation and propagation phases (Figure 1). Radicals, anti-oxidants (A *) is formed in the reaction is relatively stable and did not have enough energy to react with other lipid molecules to form new lipid radicals (Gordon, 1990).
Large concentrations of antioxidants that are added can affect the rate of oxidation. At high concentrations, the antioxidant activity of phenolic groups often disappear even become pro oxidant antioxidants (Figure 2). Effect of concentration on the oxidation rate depends on the structure of the antioxidant, conditions and samples to be tested.
The role of antioxidants in health
The process of aging and degenerative diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, blood vessel blockage that includes hiperlipidemik, atherosclerosis, stroke and high blood pressure and disrupted his body's immune system can be caused by oxidative stress.

Antioxidants and the Role of Health
World Health Medicine - We all know that health is paramount and foremost in peoples' lives than others, such as position, power, rank, nor wealth. Without optimal health, it will become meaningless, because that's healthy and fit is every man's dream.
Epidemiological studies showed no strong link between health status and life expectancy of people with its consumption patterns. Communities in the region that consumes a lot of protein, fat, sugar and salt, for example, is more commonly found as a sufferer of degenerative diseases than people in the region that consumes a lot of carbohydrates, fiber and vitamins.
Countries with a majority population of long-lived like the Japanese, who consume foods rich in beans, vegetables and fruits and make it a habit to drink green tea. Eskimo communities whose lives are not separated from the consumption of fish, rarely found in the patients with cardiovascular disease. Society groups who are accustomed to consume fermented milk was also on average have a longer age.
The increasing prevalence of degenerative diseases in Indonesia, to motivate the Indonesian food and nutrition researchers to explore the antioxidant compounds derived from natural sources. Height of 'biodiversity' natural wealth and indigenous ingredients that bestowed by God to the people of Indonesia, is a potential that is very valuable and beneficial to the health community.
Antioxidants are defined as compounds that can delay, slow down, and prevent lipid oxidation process. In a special meaning, antioxidants are substances that can delay or prevent the occurrence of antioksidasi reactions of free radicals in lipid oxidation (Kochhar and Rossell, 1990).
Sources of antioxidants can be classified into two groups, namely synthetic antioxidants (antioxidants obtained from the synthesis of chemical reactions) and natural antioxidants (antioxidant extraction of natural materials results).
Some examples of synthetic antioxidants that allow its application to food and its use has been often used, namely anisol butyl hydroxy (BHA), butyl hydroxy toluene (BHT), propyl gallate, tert-butyl hidoksi quinon (TBHQ) and tocopherols. Antioxidant-these antioxidants are natural antioxidants that have been produced synthetically for commercial purposes.
Natural antioxidants in food can be derived from (a) the existing antioxidant compounds from one or two food components, (b) antioxidant compounds formed from reactions during processing, (C) in the isolation of antioxidant compounds from natural sources and added to foods as food additives (Pratt, 1992).
Antioxidant compounds isolated from natural sources is derived from plants. Plant Kingdom, Angiosperm has approximately 250 000 to 300 000 species and of these approximately 400 species have been known to be a human food ingredient. Isolation of natural antioxidants have been made from plants that can be eaten, but not always from the part that can be eaten. Natural antioxidant in several parts of plants, such as in wood, bark, roots, leaves, fruits, flowers, seeds and pollen (Pratt, 1992).
Natural antioxidant plant compounds are usually phenolic or polyphenolic compounds which may be a class of flavonoids, cinnamic acid derivatives, coumarins, tocopherols and polyfunctional organic acids. Flavonoid having antioxidant activity include flavones, flavonols, isoflavones, kateksin, flavonol and kalkon. While cinnamic acid derivatives include kafeat acid, ferulic acid, chlorogenic acid, and others.
Ginger (Zingiber officinale of Roscoe) is used as a seasoning or traditional medicine. Pungent components of ginger such as 6-gingerol and 6 shogaol known to have antioxidant activity that was enough. Of ginger extract that has been removed by steam distillation volatilnya components, then the fraction of non volatilnya after purification, it was found that there were four derivatives and four kinds diarilheptanoid gingerol which has strong antioxidant activity (Nakatani, 1992).

Computers Dangerous For Eye Health
World Health - Age Now who's not familiar with Computers. Almost everyone can use it. Starting from just playing games, browsing the Internet, send electronic mail to do the work serius.Banyak job that requires the intervention of a computer. Looks like the computer help us in many ways.
But not forever, the computer is good. Spending long hours in front of a computer can damage your eyes. Some negative consequences due to too long in front of the computer:
Radiation caused by beta waves on the monitor can cause damage to the retina
According to a study in the United States, the beta wave radiation generated by computer monitors. Please note, computer monitors began production in 2004 have included a weak radioactive silicon components (group metalloids) that is able to make the colors brighter XVGA with little cost.
Radioactive beam will continue to be active until the decay out over 20 years. Damage to the eye is not straight, but it is gradual. For its prevention, every three hours in front of your computer activities, familiarize you to rest your eyes by covering the eyes for 5menit.
Lighting level (brightness), which is too light or too dark is not good for eye health
For information, level of illumination (brightness), which are too bright or too dim not good for eye health. Lighting is too bright will make the eyes glare, while the lighting is too dim and only make the eyes work harder to see. This will make the eyes become tired quickly.
For its prevention, you have to adjust the monitor brightness and contrast until your eyes can see comfortably. You also have to adjust the resolution with the characters on the monitor so that the documents easier to read and your eyes will become more comfortable.

Foods for Eye Health
World Health - The eye is the human senses are very important/essential. Can be imagined if we had eye damage or blindness, we can not enjoy and feel how beautiful this universe. In fact, we often forget to make eye care, but like other parts of the body, the eyes may be affected by disorders or health problems. These disturbances may be caused by dirty air or tar pollution, radiation, sunlight, radiation from too long in front of computers, and other disturbances.
Studies conducted by the Eye Disease prevalence Research Group (2004) estimates that in 2020 the number of patients with eye disease and blindness in the world will reach 55 million inhabitants. This study also mentions that the eye disease and blindness will increase, especially for those who have been outstanding for over 65 years. A person aged 80 years, which is 8% of the total population, suffered blindness as much as 69%.
Impaired general health of the eye that occurs is the reduction of visual function, red-eye symptoms without any decrease in vision function, and a red eye with decreased visual function. Until now, eye disease which is suffered by many cataract, glaucoma, and infection.
Along with increased attention and knowledge of the effect of nutrition on health, especially the health of the eye causing rapid market growth of the eye health products. Most of the products for eye health which is now marketed in the form of supplements. In addition to antioxidant compounds (vitamins A, C, and E) which had previously been known to improve eye health, other compounds such as lutein, zeaxanthin, and astaxanthin, recently known as a compound that can improve eye health.

Danger stop sneezing - Diseases caused
WORLD HEALTH - Sneezing is an activity often carried out and almost everyone in this world never experienced such thing as "Sneeze". Because it is a natural thing.
But, sometimes when we're hanging out with friends, meetings, and so a sudden urge to sneeze suddenly appear. We recommend that you do not hold that feeling, but better looking place a bit away from that if there was no one to sneeze and then release it. Why? Apparently, to suppress a sneeze can endanger our health.
"Sneezing is a positive activity because it has a function to clean the pharynx (the cavity between the nose, mouth and throat) and this is a good thing, whereas the net to hold dangerous precisely because it could pose some risks, 'said Dr. Michael Roizen, chief officer Clevelend Wellness Clinics, as quoted from Doctoroz.com, Monday (03/08/2010).
Roizen reveals there are some dangers that can be caused if a person holding a sneeze that is:
1. Cause fractures in the nasal cartilage
2. Nosebleed
3. Burst eardrum
4. Hearing loss
5. Vertigo
6. Retinal that escapes or emphysema. This is because the body seeks to restrain the high speed of a sneeze. Injuries arising generally affect the structures in the head.
Several kinds of diseases caused by holding a sneeze is not separated because of the speed of a sneeze that reach 161 KM/Hr. When we suppress a sneeze, it means that we force the body to withstand sudden. It will certainly disrupt the function of the body other than a germ that will come out probably go back into the body. Imagine, when we drive a motorcycle with high speed and then braked suddenly, after a long time there must be a part of experiencing a malfunction.
